M.A. SANTÉ [Meilleur Accès aux Soins de Santé] is a Cameroonian NGO based in Yaoundé. It was created in 2006 with the objective of contributing to the improvement of access to health care in Cameroon through research, training and the implementation of health interventions. Its activities are organised from its head office in Yaoundé and its decentralised sites based at the Kousseri Regional Hospital Annex (Far North, Cameroon), the Congo I CMA (Douala, Cameroon), the Mogodé Health District (Far North, Cameroon) and the Foumban Health District (West, Cameroon).
M.A. SANTÉ is implementing the project « Reducing Morbidity and Mortality of CoVID-19 in Cameroon (REMMOCC) » with funding from the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) through IMC (International Medical Corps); within the framework of the Global Health Security Agenda. The current phase of the project is being implemented in the city of Douala to strengthen community-based disease prevention and epidemiological surveillance in health facilities. It includes an end-of-activity survey in September to evaluate the benefits of the project in communities and health facilities. For this activity, the organisation needs 15 Data collectors for the period from 14th to 19th of September, 2021 in the city of Douala. The eligibility requirements are as follows:
– Holder of a degree in health,
– Able to express themselves in French and English,
– Have a good mastery of community based activities,
– Have experience in data collection,
– Not be under contract or engaged in any activity that may limit availability for the survey.
Composition of the application :
– CV of no more than two pages;
– Cover letter of one page;
– Certified copy of the National Identity Card;
– Copies of the highest diploma;
– All documents attesting to experience in the field.
