At the end of the six (06) months implementation of the REMMOCC project in the four(04) most affected health districts (Bangue, Bonassama, Deido and Cité de Palmier) of the Littoral region, a restitution session for the presentation of the results of its activities was held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at the conference hall of the Littoral Regional Delegation of Public Health in the presence of the project stakeholders. The project aimed to reduce the morbidity and mortality of COVID-19 in Cameroon through enhancing early case detection (community and health facility-based), reporting, investigation, screening, contact tracing and linkage to care. The objective of the restitution was to divulgate results from the household sensitization, surveillance (community and health facility-based), baseline and endline surveys activities to the project stakeholders.
